All Partitions may have affected by the virus.
After re-installing OS in C Drive, never open any other HDD drives until installing anti virus and scanning the system.
I think the virus may have created autoruns in every drive in your system
You can try deleting these unwanted files by using "linux hacking from USB" from the VOD by Ankit Fadia
After re-installing OS, you can even consider running a portable antivirus from your USB Flash drive, ClamWin is a good portable antivirus and it is free
If you are using pirated version, then try to make sure that your installation is not coming with built-in viruses. lol.
